Some reservations (mainly Expedia) have a SR (Secret Rate). This doesnt allow us to see rates or even charges that we post along the guest's stay.
We had it before, but there was an option that we could click on and we could see the prices. Now we dont have it anymore.
It also happens sometimes that when we print the bill for the guest, everything pops up on zero... even guest's personal extras.
As you can understand we had some complains from guests and also, from our side, is risky not to be able to see the amount we post for any extras...
Is there anything we can do?
