Ability to activate/deactivate a room type
Belvedere Hotel Requests this feature also
Carrollton Inn also requests this feature.
Exactly. What if you have a fire or damage or massive remodel and are changing room types and or rooms in general - you should have that option without the issue of being informed 'unable due to historical records'. I understand the programming, but there should still be a way to achieve this.
such a simple request. editing and updating room types...get this done
Highlander Hotel and Hotel Grinnell needs this as well
Agreed, please make this possible.
Madison Beach Motel and Kokomo Suites would love this feature. They currently have multiple room types that are not being used.
I'd love this feature
Regency Hotels would like this
Gorges Grant hotel also would like to have the ability to hid room types that are not being used.
All Bridgeton hotels would love this option.
TOURISTS hotel also requests Active/Inactive feature to Room Types
Please ad this feature, Greyfinch and Chatham Wayside are also impacted by this.
Newport Beach Hotel & Suites would like the same, for the room type no longer used to be deactvated/hidden and not seen in the rate manager or availability screens.

Add “Active/Inactive” tick box on a room type setup that will not delete the room type from the database (to maintain database integrity), but then hides it from all rates/integrations/inventory screens. The current workaround to rename the room type by adding 'ZZ- DO NOT USE’ in order to push it to the bottom of the list of room types in availability screen etc. is annoying as it removes simplicity during booking process, especially when the property has multiple room types that are no longer in use.
