Housekeeping Discrepancy Function
I would like to request the same functionality too. I'm glad it has already been suggested. Thank you James Lee!
POD hotels would like this functionality as well.
Hotel Per La would also like this feature.
Does this exist in STN today?
Hi Ingrid.
This does not currently exist in SNT. If this is something you need, we would suggest adding more notes to this thread in regards to how it would benefit you and upvoting it. Our development team is aware this is a popular enhancement request so we hope soon we can have this feature implemented into SNT.
Anaheim Portofino Inn & Suites would also like this report.
Hotel Silver Spring would also like to see this functionality / report.
Walford Towers Miami Beach would also like this functionality/report.

Hello all,
We are thrilled to share that we've released a great new feature enhancement that will help you avoid discrepant rooms - no need to even run a report - our product team designed the feature so that you are prompted to handle it when checking out the guest. Here are the details in the v5.79 release notes.
We hope this helps improve and optimize your operations!
Best,
Julia
The Maven at Dairy Block would also like to see this enhancement. If not a reporting functionality, they would like a setting that does NOT change the housekeeping cleanliness status when a reservation checks out that was DUE OUT when the room is CLEAN or INSPECTED.
PUBLIC Hotels is also looking for this enhancement. It is important for them to be able to see if the room is punched as occupied or vacant in addition to the cleanliness status.
Hotel on Rivington (Highgate) would to see this enhancement too.
The Lafayette Hotel is requesting this feature. They need to be able to see any incorrect rooms from the Front Desk compared to what Housekeeping is showing.

Submitted on Showboat behalf. Housekeeping would like to see true discrepancy function where Housekeeping can report a room as VACANT DIRTY, not just dirty, even when the room is still occupied in PMS. Sundays are very busy check out days for the hotel with little arrivals. Often hotel rooms are "dropped" on Sunday and cleaned later in the week. True discrepancy function would allow housekeeping to mark a room as Vacant Dirty, even if it is still occupied in PMS. This way when the hotel has hundreds of due outs the front desk can see which due out reservations have been marked as Vacant Dirty and can proceed with checking the guest out. Currently the Executive Housekeeper is having to compile a report from the housekeepers and email a list of all the rooms that have departed to the front desk. It can be very time consuming
