We'd like to call out a few special items that have been long-awaited and will make many of our customers happy:

  • Review Stayntouch PMS’s latest integration partners.
  • You can now search by add-on name or price from Settings > Rates > Rates > Rate Details > ADD-ONS.
  • During Stayntouch Guest Kiosk check-in, the Guest Information screen will now display between Reservation Details and Terms & Conditions.


Product Enhancements

New API Integrations With Stayntouch PMS

 

Stayntouch PMS now integrates with the following new vendors. For more information, please contact your Client Success Manager or Customer Support.

 

Below is a list of the newly supported integration partners with links to supporting documentation detailing the integration with each vendor:


 

  • dailypoint Central Data Management is the leading Central Data Management solution for individual hotels and hotel groups. The application collects data from the PMS and creates a central and consolidated guest/company/travel agent profile. The integrated data cleaning processes and special AI are used in addition to the application and generate extensive customer knowledge. The key element is the Central Guest Profile, which is generated fully automatically. The integrated data cleaning processes with 350 steps, and artificial intelligence (AI) generates extensive guest insights. Deep two-way connections interface to all leading systems, and an open API based on the OTA standard makes sure that hotels can leverage their knowledge in all areas of the hotel.

  • Duve's guest application is one of the best in the industry today. Thanks to Duve, hotels can better understand guests' needs and anticipate guests' needs before they happen or are requested. The information Duve gathers helps with creating tailored suggestions for each guest and enhances guest experiences every time.



  • EL8/Micrometrics powered by Hapi offers a cutting-edge platform that taps into the power of conversational data collection and AI to free up hotel staff from mundane tasks and reshape guest communication at scale. EL8 integrates with Stayntouch PMS to enable targeted messaging, mass-messaging, and promotional announcements to help your team deliver memorable experiences at scale.   • Maitre simplifies hotel management with an easy-to-use tool for management, supervision, and communication for all housekeeping-related tasks. Housekeeping staff will use Maitre to update room status as well as rooms status service. Out of Order or Out of Service statuses can only be set through Maitre for current business date, not future dates. Maitre automatically receives any room status and rooms status service applied in Stayntouch PMS.

    • Enhanced Data Reporting: Generate more detailed, accurate, and informative reports for management and ownership across their hotel portfolio

  • All New Oaky Upsell Two-Way API Integration: Oaky is a hyper-personalized hospitality upselling software that helps hotels boost revenue through segmentation, personalization, and dynamic pricing while automating the upselling process across all the stages of the guest journey. Oaky offers room type upsells, which use system algorithms to calculate upsell fees based on overall historical demand, current pace, and room-type demand. This integration also supports upselling additional services, such as food and beverage, experiences, or activities.   • Sensorea provides sensing, monitoring, alarming, forecasting, and investigation services to decrease environmental impacts (water consumption, waste production, energy consumption). Sensorea uses fast deploying IoT sensors and innovative fiber optic sensors (www.tphase.be, www.fisens.com, www.b-sens.be) to monitor, wherever needed, the relevant parameters of the processes (hotels, hospitals, theaters, offices, industrial halls) and the environment (air, water, and soil). They provide sensors in particular for the following parameters:
    • Temperature and humidity
    • Pressure
    • Flowrate
    • Pollutants (CO2, N20, NOx)
    • Electrical current, voltage, and power
    • Energy, water, and wastes consumption
    • Presence detection
    • Illuminance
    • pH, conductivity, and turbidity
    • PM (particle matter)
    • Noise
    • Magnetic and electric field

  • Virdee has built a virtual reception product that offers a range of functionalities from pre-arrival communications and check-in to amenities access and check-out—everything is just a tap away. With mobile app, mobile web, and kiosk options, guests can choose how they interact with the property. No app download is required. 

Arrival Report, Departure Report, & In-House Guests Report: Group Reservation Notes

 

When a user is running the Arrival Report, Departure Report, and/or In-House Guests Report from Reports > New Report and selects to INCLUDE RES. NOTES, all three reports will now include group notes if reservations have group notes attached.




Search For Add-Ons Within Add-Ons Section Of A Rate

 

You can now search by add-on name or price from Settings > Rates > Rates > Rate Details > ADD-ONS. This is ideal for hotels with many rates and will save time searching for add-ons to attach to a rate. 



Updates To RemoteLock Integration

 

Hotels that utilize RemoteLock can now activate Stayntouch Guest Kiosk functionality and have the room PIN delivered to the guest's email address. To activate this functionality, hotels need to activate the following settings:

  • Settings > Rooms > Room Key Delivery:
    • Guest Mobility Check-Ins > Show PIN in room ready
    • PMS Check-Ins > Deliver PIN Code for room key via email
    • Station Check-Ins > Deliver PIN Code for room key via email
  • Settings > Kiosk > General > Key Creation Method > RemoteLock PIN




We’ve implemented new Stayntouch Guest Kiosk screens to support room PIN delivery.  From Settings > Kiosk > Languages, we’ve added four new language tags:

 

Success:

  • ROOM_PIN_CODE_SENT_TO_EMAIL_HEADER: Your unit number and PIN code have been sent to your email. This may take up to 30 seconds to receive.
  • ROOM_PIN_CODE_SENT_TO_EMAIL_SUB_HEADER: Didn't receive the email or need to send to a different email address?

 


Failure:

  • NO_ROOM_PIN_MADE: We were not able to send room PIN to that email address.
  • NO_ROOM_PIN_MADE_SUB: Please retry or talk to an agent.

 


To configure these emails, the following fields need to be completed:

  • Settings > Guest Mobility > Dynamic Email Templates > General Email Settings > HOTEL GREETINGS TEXT
  • Settings > Guest Mobility > Dynamic Email Templates > Text – Key Delivery Email > E-MAIL TOP PORTION TEXT
  • Settings > Guest Mobility > Dynamic Email Templates > Key Delivery Common > ROOM TEXT
  • Settings > Guest Mobility > Dynamic Email Templates > Text – Key Delivery Email > E-MAIL BOTTOM PORTION TEXT
  • Settings > Guest Mobility > Dynamic Email Templates > Key Delivery Common > ROOM PIN TEXT


Stayntouch Guest Kiosk Check-In: Guest Details Display After Reservation Details

 

During Stayntouch Guest Kiosk check-in, the Guest Information screen will now display between Reservation Details and Terms & Conditions. Any guest details added during Stayntouch Guest Kiosk will be saved to the guest card and the guest mandatory schema in the event check-in is unsuccessful, so the information does not need to be entered again.


Allowance Count On Stay Card & Guest Bill

 

The allowance count displays correctly on the stay card and Guest Bill screen as per expected functionality. This enhancement is to address the scenario where allowance count was displaying incorrectly on these screens.
