The application collects data from the PMS and creates a central and consolidated guest/company/travel agent profile. The integrated data cleaning processes and special AI are used in addition to the application and generate extensive customer knowledge.

The key element is the Central Guest Profile, which is generated fully automatically. The integrated data cleaning processes with 350 steps, and artificial intelligence (AI) generates extensive guest insights.
