ⓘ We'd like to call out a very exciting new item that has been long-awaited and will make many of our customers happy:
- You can now print stay card confirmation letters! When enabled, a PRINT LETTER button will be visible on the confirmation letter popup on the stay card.
- Stayntouch PMS now supports party reservations! This functionality must be enabled by a Stayntouch Administrator.
- For customers currently taking deposit payments on TravelClick, we now have the ability to transfer the payment as an offline payment transaction straight to the Bill & Charges screen on Stayntouch PMS, rather than transmitting it via Notes. This will save the users the manual effort of posting each transaction manually.

Reservations
1. Print Stay Card Confirmation Letter: You can now print stay card confirmation letters by navigating to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Stationery > Confirmations/Cancellations > Guest Confirmation > Confirmation and enabling PRINT CONFIRMATION LETTER. By default, this will be turned OFF. Once enabled, a PRINT LETTER button will be visible on the confirmation letter popup on the stay card. The layout will match the email layout of the confirmation letter. For more information, please see this article.
2. Support For Party Reservations: Stayntouch PMS now supports party reservations. Please note, this functionality must be enabled by a Stayntouch Administrator. Please contact Customer Support to have this enabled for your property. If this functionality is enabled for a property, when a reservation with 2 or more rooms is created and is not attached to a group or allotment, and a guest card is attached to the reservation, the following will apply:
- A party will automatically be created.
- A party code will automatically be created.
- The party code uses the same format as group codes.
- The party date range FROM date corresponds with the reservation arrival date.
- The party date range TO date corresponds with the reservation departure date.
- The party contact name will default to the name on the reservation.
- The party contact number will default to the number on the reservation (if present).
- The party contact email will default to the email on the reservation (if present).
- The party name will display on the reservation confirmation page.
- The party will display on the reservations’ stay card ASSOCIATED WITH section.
- The party will be attached to the reservation stay card.

3. Filter/Search Unassigned Reservations In Room Diary By Company/Travel Agent/Group/Allotment/Party: From the UNASSIGNED RESERVATIONS section via Front Desk > Room Diary, a dropdown has been added, allowing users to search and filter unassigned reservations by the following criteria:
- GUEST (default)
- COMPANY
- TRAVEL AGENT
- GROUP
- ALLOTMENT
- PARTY

Dashboard Enhancements
4. Dashboard Sort Order Update: We’ve added a new blank sort option to the dashboard SORT BY dropdown. For more information, please see this article.
Rates
5. Rate Sequence Expected Functionality: When a rate sequence is added from Settings > Rates > Rate Sequence > EDIT CUSTOM SEQUENCE > + ADD SEQUENCE, the rates displayed from Settings > Rates > Rates will display according to the indicated rate sequence, as per expected functionality. This enhancement is to address the scenario where rates were displayed in alphabetical order (A-Z), regardless of the applied rate sequence or when changing sorting from alphabetical order (Z-A).
6. Rate Manager: Display Double Price When Single Is Null: Double rates are now displayed from Revenue Management > Rate Manager when the single occupancy value is null. Users can click into the rate, and the rate will show the double occupancy value.
Multi-Property Functionality
7. Multi-Property Configuration: Housekeeping Settings: Multi-Property users can configure housekeeping settings from Configuration > Housekeeping by toggling ON Use Chain Settings. For more information, please see this article.
Financials
8. Distinct Logos for Virtual Cards: Virtual cards will now include a "Virtual" label to indicate potential restrictions. While the card's original logo remains unchanged, the text "Virtual" will be displayed at the bottom for clarity.
Integrations
9. New API Integrations With Stayntouch PMS: Stayntouch PMS now integrates with the following new vendors. For more information, please contact your Client Success Manager or Customer Support. Below is a list of the newly supported integration partners with links to supporting documentation detailing the integration with each vendor:

10. Connect APIs: Query Parameter Added to Relevant GET/Reservations Endpoints: The new query parameter is now available in the following fetch reservation endpoints: /reservations, /reservations/summary, /reservations/checked_in, and /reservations/due_in. This allows searching for reservations using complete or partial guest last names, with a minimum of 1 character required.
11. iHotelier/TravelClick: Support Deposit Payment As Financial Transaction: For customers currently taking deposit payments on TravelClick, we now have the ability to transfer the payment as an offline payment transaction straight to the Bill & Charges screen on Stayntouch PMS, rather than transmitting it via Notes. This will save the users the manual effort of posting each transaction manually. Any additions or changes in “Modify” messages will be ignored. To receive these payments in Stayntouch PMS, configuration is required. Please contact Customer Support if you'd like to activate this feature. For more information, see this article.
