xnPOS (In Pilot)

xnPOS is a fully internationalized food and beverage POS system designed to meet the specific requirements of the hotel industry. It is a centrally managed, full-service, cloud system with enterprise scalability, security, and performance.

This integration can be used globally.

Multi-language capability allows order entry, kitchen display or print-out, and guest invoice all in different languages
Easy to switch between multiple F&B outlets
Real time countdown of available menu items with lockout feature preventing ordering when out of stock
Ability to cross charge to multiple hotels for dual branded properties or multiple hotel resorts
Real-time reporting

Supported Functionalities:

Guest Validation: In-house guests can be validated through their room number and name.
Bill Posting: Guest bills can be posted to their in-house room for future settlement at check-out.
Void Transactions: Sales transactions can be voided.
Discount Transactions: Sales transactions can have discounts.
Non-Residential Guest/Passerby: Non-residential revenue and payments are supported.
PMS check-in time displayed in POS.

Functionalities Not Supported:

Multi-Payment: In case of a POS check with partial payment to the room and partial payment at the outlet, the vendor needs to issue and send two different checks.

No webhooks are in use.

API USAGE

GET/hotels/{id}/charge_codes – This will be mapped at the vendor’s site.
GET/reservations – With query parameters hotel_id, last_name, room, checked_in=true, excluded_canceled=true
POST /reservations/{id/transactions – With query parameter bill_number=1
GET/posting_accounts – With query parameters hotel_id, name, status=open
POST /posting_accounts/{id/transactions – With query parameters hotel_id, bill_number=1
