2. Party Shown In Arrival, Departure, & In-House Guest Reports: When the Arrival, Departure, and In-House Guests Reports are run, if any reservations have a party attached, the party name will be shown on the reports for the reservations. The party logo will also be displayed. This also applies to the scheduled version of these reports. Learn more here.
Reservations/Guests
3. Promotions & Newsletter Opt-In: Check-In: When the Promotions & Newsletters functionality has been enabled for a property from Settings > Stationery > Promotions & Newsletter Opt-In, on the check-in Registration screen, the PROMOTIONS & NEWSLETTER OPT-IN checkbox will be hyperlinked, as is the BY CHECKING THIS BOX YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS CHECK-IN checkbox. Learn more here.
4. Billing Address Added To Guest Card: Guest cards will now display a Billing Address section, which will allow you to select a checkbox to USE DIFFERENT ADDRESS FOR BILLING. If the new postal code logic is activated for your property, this functionality will also apply. Learn more here.
Reports
5. New Scheduled Rate Audit Report: You can schedule a new Rate Audit Report to run automatically from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE. Learn more here.
Groups/Allotments
6. Allow Allotment Date Change If No Rooms Are Picked Up: If an allotment doesn’t have any rooms that are blocked, picked up, or cancelled, you can edit the allotment start date and end dates, as long as the start and end dates are not in the past. Once rooms are blocked for an allotment, the date selection will be grayed out and read only. Learn more here.
7. Allotment End Date Extension: If the current allotment end date is in the future, you can extend it to a later date, even if rooms are blocked or allocated. Past dates will be grayed out and cannot be selected. Changing the allotment end date does not affect reservation dates. You can manually add room blocks for the extended period if needed. All edits to the allotment end date will be recorded in the allotment Activity Log. Learn more here.
8. Restrict Group Start Date Change If Current Date/In Past: If a group account has financial transactions posted, the group start date will be grayed out and read only if the group start date (including shoulder dates) is the current day or in the past. This will be restricted in both the Summary and Room Block Details tabs. The end date can still be changed. You can also still move a group if no rooms have been checked in. Learn more here.
Financials
9. CSV Export Button Added To A/R Statement & Include Reference Number/Number Of Nights: You can now generate an A/R statement in CSV format. The following features will apply:
- Both the summary and detailed views can be generated in CSV format.
- Payments will be included when the user selects to include payments on the export.
- Routing information will be included on the A/R statement with the reference number.

User Access
10. IN PILOT: Two-Factor/Multi-Factor Authentication: Stayntouch PMS has now implemented Two-Factor (2FA)/Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which enhances security by requiring users to provide two or more forms of verification to access their account. 2FA/MFA reduces the risk of unauthorized access and protects sensitive information. Please note, this must be enabled by Stayntouch Admin, so please contact Customer Support to activate this for your property. Learn more here.
Allowances
11. Allowance Consumption: Group Shares With Routing: Group reservations now support allowances and routing where applicable charges are consumed against the allowance, then any applicable shares, and then the remaining amount is routed to the group Transactions tab. Learn more here.
Integrations
12. Connect APIs Enhancement: access_code Parameter Added To GET/accounts API: The GET/accounts endpoint now includes an optional access_code query parameter, enabling partners to search for a specific Company or Travel Agent.
- Valid Access Code: Returns matching account details (200 HTTP status).
- Invalid Access Code: Returns an empty response.
- Without Access Code: Returns all applicable accounts as before.
13. Connect APIs Enhancement: Wake-Up Call In GET/reservations Endpoints: Reservation endpoints now include the wake_up object, reflecting data from PMS. If no wake-up call is set, the object returns as empty.
