Allow merge with CRS External References

Per CICO-88442

Please allow us to merge when both cards have an external reference. We have multiple cards created by CRS for the same company, but we are not able to merge them.

oh yes, please! we have so many duplicate profiles.

I'm pleased to share that you also can now merge guest cards that have active reservations with release 5.96! You can read more about that here.

To aid you in this effort, our product team also released a new Duplicate Profile Report in release 5.97. You can read more about it here. It is currently in pilot and you'll need to reach out to our support team to request that it is enabled for you. We hope this meets your needs and appreciate your continued feedback!
