ⓘ We'd like to call out a very exciting new item that has been long-awaited and will make many of our customers happy:

  • We integrate with IDeaS’ Last Room Value (LRV), which dynamically adjusts rates based on demand, availability, and room type to ensure every room sells at its optimal value. 
  • You can configure booking windows for rate sets, ensuring rates are only available when guests book within defined date ranges.
  • You can add files and photos directly to reservation actions, with support for previews, downloads, replacements, and multi-file uploads of up to 12 files.

Rates

Booking Window for Rates

 

You can configure booking windows for rate sets, ensuring rates are only available when guests book within defined date ranges. Support for multiple booking windows allows flexible promotional periods while enforcing booking eligibility rules.

 

Rate Deactivation for Contracts

 

Rates within current and future contracts can be activated or deactivated directly using a toggle. When set to inactive, the rate is hidden from the recommended rates list during reservation creation (including IBE and integrations) while preserving all existing reservations booked under that rate. Expired contracts remain unchanged and are not editable, and existing validation rules for linked reservations continue to apply. 

 

Actions

Add Photos & Files to Actions

 

Files and photos can be added directly to reservation actions, giving assignees better context and visibility. Attachments support previews, downloads, replacements, and multi-file uploads (up to 12 files), with full access from both the Stay Card Actions popup and the Actions Manager. Mobile users can upload photos directly from their camera or gallery.




Note: To enable this feature, the hotel must have either Google Drive or Cloud Drive configured, and the Files option enabled for stay cards.

Room Diary

“Keep the Rate the Same” Option for Room Type Changes

 

A Keep the rate the same option is available when moving checked-in reservations between room types from the Room Diary. Instead of being redirected to the Rooms & Rates screen, the move can be completed instantly while preserving the current rate. The option appears in the rate change prompt and streamlines room moves directly within Room Diary, with existing logging and rules still applied. Group/allotment reservations and overbooked room types continue to follow existing behavior.


Reports

Breakfast List Report Exportable in PDF Format

 

PDF is available as a file format for the Breakfast List scheduled report (Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Reports > + New Report Schedule). When chosen, reports are delivered via email or Google Drive just like CSV, with identical data and columns for consistent reporting across formats. 


Stayntouch IBE

Swedish Language Translations Added to Sitebuilder 

 

Swedish language support is available in Stayntouch IBE, enabling hotels in Swedish-speaking markets to deliver a fully localised booking experience. All existing translatable strings have been generated and validated for hospitality context, with no impact on existing languages, and full UI rendering and seamless compatibility across the booking flow.

Fix: iOS IBE Calendar Date Mismatch


An issue on iPhone, where the IBE calendar displayed the wrong weekday for selected dates and started the week on Saturday instead of Sunday, has been resolved. Date and calendar display is now consistent across platforms.

For Developers

Automatic Account Routing for POST /reservations

 

When a Company or Travel Agent is included in a POST /reservations request, account routing is applied automatically based on the routing configuration on the associated Card in the PMS. No additional parameter is required, so no changes are needed on the partner side.
