Stayntouch PMS Stayntouch IBE Supported Features
Below is an overview of the supported features from Stayntouch IBE to PMS and PMS to Stayntouch IBE.
Items to Note:
- Stayntouch IBE only supports Stayntouch Pay and Shift4 as payment gateways.
- Stayntouch IBE is a URL that needs to be embedded in the customer's website.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
1. Calendar Widget: Properties can host a calendar widget (learn more here) on their website and select the preferred language from those enabled in the IBE. Please contact Customer Support for more information about this feature.
2. Translation Feature: Add-ons, room types, rate plans and email templates can be set up to display in multiple languages. Please contact Customer Support for more information about this feature.
3. Destination Fee Display:
- A specific fee/tax can be displayed as a separate line item in the price breakdown of the reservation summary. The fee is calculated per night and per room.

4. Google Tag Manager: If a property provides their Google Tag Manager (GTM) information, this can be added to the IBE. Stayntouch can include the script for GTM head and body.
5. Link IBE Logo to Hotel Website: Hotels can link the logo that displays on the IBE (top left) to the hotel's main website. Please contact Customer Support and provide the URL to which you want the logo to redirect.
6. Access Code For Booking: You can use an access code to make a reservation via Stayntouch IBE. This feature allows your guests to book contracted rates online and is useful for marketing email links with a promotion code as well as any negotiated rates for companies. 7. Cancellation & Deposit Policies For Custom Rate Code Groups: During the Stayntouch IBE workflow, when a group code is entered during the reservation process, the cancellation and deposit policies will display for groups with a custom rate code. 8. Country Calling Code Selection: During the Stayntouch IBE workflow, when inputting a phone number, users can search for their country code by the country name in English or the local language as well as by country calling code. The country code will automatically default to the hotel's country. The country code dropdown, search, and input are responsive on both desktop and mobile devices. 9. AccessIBE Widget: Stayntouch IBE now supports the AccessIBE widget, which helps improve the IBE flow for individuals with disabilities. To enable the AccessIBE widget for Stayntouch IBE, please contact Customer Support.
