Stayntouch IBE: Enable AccessIBE Widget

To enable the AccessIBE widget for Stayntouch IBE, please contact Customer Support. Once we receive the request from your property and the signed addendum from Stayntouch Sales, we will take the following steps to activate the AccessIBE widget.

1. Navigate to the AccessIBE Dashboard and proceed to the Installation tab.

2. Copy the widget script provided.

3. In Sitebuilder, open General Settings from the sidebar.

4. Locate the Accessibility Widget Script field and paste the script. Click Submit to save the changes. The widget will then appear on the IBE for this hotel.
