EventTemple
EventTemple is based in Vancouver, BC, and was founded in 2016. They provide a sales and catering platform to book groups and events. EventTemple uses Stayntouch Connect APIs to connect, create, and monitor groups. The video below illustrates how to connect Stayntouch PMS and EventTemple from the EventTemple side.
To set up this integration, the following tasks need to be completed:
Hotel needs to send authorization to Client Success Manager (CSM) or Implementations allowing EventTemple to access their data
Stayntouch to generate OAuth keys
Set up webhooks
Please set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the EventTemple team (https://app.eventtemple.com/pms_webhooks/rover/notify).

- Edit Group
- Create Company/Travel Agent Account
- Edit Company/Travel Agent Account
