As we pave the way for a bigger, stronger product, we made some significant changes along the way. Do yourself a favor and read these feature stories now.

Key Delivery Updates

The No Key Delivery setting allows properties to bypass key creation prompts. This setting has been added for properties that do not use a key interface or QR code to create room keys with Stayntouch PMS.

When No Key Delivery is selected: 

• Stayntouch PMS does NOT prompt key creation during the Stayntouch PMS check in sequence. 
• The KEY button will no longer appear on the Stay Card for due-in guests or in-house guests. 
• The No Key Delivery setting does NOT invalidate keys when performing a room move for an in-house reservation or when checking-out a guest.

Interface Enhancements

• If your property interfaces with a POS system, you can choose to view a detailed list of charges (including food, alcohol, and non-alcohol items) by clicking the orange chevron arrows on the Guest Bill page. 
  • The charges will always be grouped by the external reference number and date received from the POS.
  • The charges will continue to display as one total sum when printing or emailing the invoice. 
  • The POS charge can be moved or adjusted as one whole amount.

• We've made improvements to the Forecast Guests & Groups Report.
