Multi-Property: Shared Availability

You can view all availability across all of your properties and expand availability by room type. From the Multi-Property dashboard, you can move to the Availability tab from the main dashboard. Please note, the Availability tab needs to be activated by Stayntouch Admin, so please contact Customer Support to have this enabled. The Availability screen will show up to nine properties per page, and you can expand availability by hotel and then further by Available Rooms per room type.

From the top center of the screen, you can also search for properties by name, property group, city, or country; change the starting date; and choose to show the next 7 days, next 14 days (default), or next 30 days. Learn how to create property groups here.

Additionally, from the Availability tab, users with Multi-Property access can also select an available room from another hotel in a chain for a given date and will automatically be routed to reservation creation at the other hotel for that date.

Users may also view availability across all properties from here if preferred; however, this action will not link to a new reservation search.
