We'd like to call out a few special items that have been long-awaited and will make many of our customers happy:

  • Review Stayntouch PMS's latest integration partners.
  • We now display group ADR and group revenue on the Group Rooms Report, and we’ve updated the report’s default date range from 30 days to 15 days for display reasons.


NEW INTEGRATIONS

New API Integrations Via Stayntouch PMS

 

Stayntouch PMS now integrates with the following new vendors. For more information, please contact your Client Success Manager or Customer Support.

 

Below is a list of the newly supported integration partners with links to supporting documentation detailing the integration with each vendor:



  • Alice is an all-in-one platform that streamlines operations and communication, boosts productivity, and increases guest satisfaction. There are two products that are in place between Alice and Stayntouch PMS:
    • Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff will use Alice to update room status only. Out of Order or Out of Service will not be applied through Alice. Room status and room service status updated in the PMS will be automatically updated in Alice.
    • Reservations Import: Used for guest messaging, guest satisfaction, and other one-way products.


 

  • Knowcross is a global leader in providing software and technology intelligence to the hospitality operations industry. The Knowcross platform offers hotels a suite of software applications that boost efficiency and enhance guest service, directly impacting the bottom-line. The platform includes six software applications—Knowcross Service, Knowcross Housekeeping, Knowcross Glitch, Knowcross Inspection, Knowcross Maintenance, and Knowcross Tenant. These applications are fully customizable, multilingual, cloud-based, and are offered as both standalone and bundled packages. The Knowcross platform is interfaced to PMS systems, in-room control systems, messaging gateways and fire alarm systems. The current integration with Stayntouch PMS is for the Knowcross Housekeeping application.

 


  • NexGen Guest supports the following functionalities:
    • Pre-Arrival Marketing: At the moment of booking, guests receive a web link via text. Only one finger tap is required to engage the hotel’s mobile guide. This functionality empowers guests to explore, reserve, and purchase all services and attractions pre-arrival.
    • Global Web Chat: The web chat tab empowers guests to conveniently communicate questions and requests pre-arrival through check-out. The web chat is an efficient tool for staff to update guests on pending requests and works with all global mobile carriers.

  • OTA Insight provides a variety of different reporting metrics for hotels based on the data they retrieve from the database using the APIs.


 

  • TiPOS POS system was optimally developed for the needs of the gastronomy, bakery, and retail sectors. These three basic packages can be expanded with a variety of additional modules, so clients always get the right software for their needs.

Enhancements To Group Rooms Report

 

We’ve made the following enhancements to the Group Rooms Report:

  • We now display group ADR on the report. This shows the group’s daily ADR and total ADR. Group ADR is visible in the PMS version of the report as well as in print and CSV format.
  • We now display group revenue on the report. This shows the group’s daily revenue and total revenue. Group revenue is visible in the PMS version of the report as well as in print and CSV format.
  • We’ve changed the report’s default date range from 30 days to 15 days.







PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS

Track API & Webhook Changes From Stayntouch Website


We have introduced a new section on our website for vendors to track any changes to our APIs and webhooks. You can learn more here.

CRS Group Blocks: Reservations With More Than Four Adults

 

Up until now, Stayntouch PMS was unable to add a reservation originating from a CRS with a block code for more than four adults. These reservations had to be handled manually. We have changed the logic to accept these reservations to avoid manual insertion. The system will also add a note to the reservation that refers to the correct adult count. Please note, if the guest count is greater than four adults, the count will be recorded as four on the stay card, and then notes will be updated with the actual count. In the example note below, you can see the adult count is six.


Stayntouch Guest Mobility: Room Upgrade Charges Displayed As Separate Line Item

 

We now display room upgrade charges as a separate line item via Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-in. A ROOM UPGRADE line item will now appear below AVERAGE RATE PER NIGHT on the stay details and charges screen.


Reservation Removed From Late Check-Out Tile When Late Check-Out Add-On Is Removed

 

When a late check-out add-on is removed from a reservation, the departure time will revert to the original departure time, and the reservation will be removed from the LATE CHECK-OUT tile on the dashboard. This enhancement is to address the scenario where reservations would still appear within the LATE CHECK-OUT tile on the dashboard, and the departure time would not revert to the original departure time, even after the late check-out add-on was removed. Please note, if the late check-out charge is already posted to the Guest Bill, the user will need to remove the charge from the Guest Bill prior to removing the late check-out add-on.


Please note, the LATE CHECK-OUT tile will only display if your hotel has enabled the LATE CHECK-OUT UPSELL toggle from Settings > Promos & Upsell > Upsell Late Check-Out, and this feature is used with Stayntouch Guest Mobility.










Show Rate Amounts When Filtering By Rate Type/Room Type In Rate Manager

 

When you choose to filter by rate type or room type from Revenue Management > Rate Manager, the rate amount will display in the Rate Manager in the boxes corresponding to the rate types and room types. This enhancement is to address the scenario where the rate amount was not displaying in the Rate Manager when filtering by rate type or room type.
