NexGen Guest
NexGen Guest supports two main functionalities:
1. Pre-Arrival Marketing
At the moment of booking, guests receive a web link via text. Only one finger tap is required to engage the hotel’s mobile guide. This functionality empowers guests to explore, reserve, and purchase all services and attractions pre-arrival.
2. Global Web Chat
The web chat tab empowers guests to conveniently communicate questions and requests pre-arrival through check-out. The web chat is an efficient tool for staff to update guests on pending requests and works with all global mobile carriers.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS
- For this integration to be set up, the hotel needs to send authorization to their Stayntouch CSM allowing NexGen Guest to access their data.
- Once received, the Stayntouch CSM will forward the data to the Stayntouch Implementations team for setup. Implementations will generate OAuth keys, and once created, Stayntouch will communicate these to NexGen Guest.
- NexGen Guest requires the following Stayntouch Connect API credentials:
- client_id
- client_secret
- hotel_id
