Tripleseat Sales and Catering API Interface

Tripleseat has created a sales and catering API interface that allows the creation of groups via Tripleseat. Tripleseat then sends that data to Stayntouch, where you can view current pick up and more.

To set up this integration, the following tasks need to be completed:

• Hotel needs to send authorization to Client Success Manager (CSM) or Implementations allowing Tripleseat to access their data

• Stayntouch to generate OAuth keys

• Set up webhooks

Please set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the Tripleseat team.
