Expanded PMS Language Selection
We’ve expanded the available languages for the Stayntouch PMS user interface. Supported PMS languages now include:
- New: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Turkish, Finnish, Czech, Croatian, Icelandic
- Existing: English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Romanian, Portuguese
To update your preferred language, navigate to Settings and use the “English” dropdown menu to select your desired language from the available options.
This update helps make the PMS more accessible for team members across your organization in their native language, improving efficiency and ease of use.
Reports
Smarter Guest Reports: Consistent Filters Across Arrival, Departure, & In-House Guests Reports
Find exactly the guest data you need, faster, no matter which report you’re running. The Arrival, Departure, and In-House Guests reports now share a common set of filter options, so your team can apply the same familiar controls across all three instead of relearning each report separately. Options like Include Actions, Restrict Post Only, No Nationality, Has Vehicle Reg No., and Show Mobile Number are now available everywhere you need them. Show Phone Number has also been renamed to Show Mobile Number for clarity, and all changes apply to scheduled reports, too, so your saved reports stay in sync automatically.
Actions
Action Status Icons Visible on Work Management Room Tiles
Give your housekeeping team a faster, clearer view of what needs attention. Rooms with actions due today display a status icon directly on the room tile in the work management screen, so staff can spot outstanding work at a glance, including unassigned tasks, split assignments, and print view, without opening each room individually. The icon is reference-only and has no effect on auto-assign logic or scoring, so existing workflows stay exactly as they are.
Rates
Child Buckets for Smarter Family Pricing (In Pilot)
We’re excited to introduce child buckets, giving properties greater flexibility to optimize family pricing with age-based child rates. Instead of a single flat child rate, hotels can now define custom age ranges, price each one individually, and have that pricing apply automatically and consistently across rates, reservations, and availability.
This feature is currently in pilot and is enabled per property via a Stayntouch Admin feature toggle. Contact Customer Support to activate it.
What’s New
- Configure up to five child age buckets per property (for example, 0–2, 3–6, 7–12)
- Assign unique prices per age group
- Manage pricing directly from the Rate Manager
- Reservations and availability price automatically using the correct bucket rate
Highlights

- Built-in validation prevents overlapping age ranges
- OTAs that don’t yet support child buckets automatically receive the highest configured child rate
Note: Child bucket data is not currently supported in Connect APIs.
Configuration & Rate Setup
Once enabled, a new Child Buckets tile appears under Settings > Rates, where you configure up to five non-overlapping age ranges using From Age and To Age. Buckets are then enabled per rate via the Use Child Buckets toggle in Rate Details, with each bucket priced individually, including a value of 0. The Rate Manager lets revenue teams edit child bucket prices directly alongside rate details, without leaving the screen, and logs a dedicated Activity Log entry for every update.
Rate Manager
Child bucket amounts can be updated directly from Rate Manager, always reflecting the configuration set in PMS Settings.
Availability Search & Reservations
Availability searches, including stay card and room type searches, now reflect child bucket pricing, so guests see accurate pricing before booking, with performance consistent with existing benchmarks.
A single Children (all) selector replaces the traditional Children selector when child buckets are enabled. Expanding it shows one dropdown per configured bucket, and selecting Children prompts name entry and prices reservations automatically. The Infant selector remains for operational purposes but no longer factors into pricing, tax, or add-on calculations.
Managing Child Buckets
Buckets are managed under Settings > Rates > Child Buckets. A bucket can only be deleted once no rate uses it; if it’s in use, a confirmation dialog lists the affected rates first. Infant fields no longer factor into pricing, infants remain a separate non-chargeable category, and existing infant data has migrated automatically.
Stayntouch IBE
Rate Booking Window
Stayntouch IBE honors Rate Booking Window configuration when showing availability, ensuring guests only see rates within the window your revenue team has set.
Support for Hotels Without a Payment Gateway
Guests booking through the IBE can complete a reservation without entering a payment card when a hotel operates without a payment gateway. The booking button and confirmation message are fully customizable, allowing hotels to tailor the wording to match their own policies and tone.
Extras Tracking in Analytics
Extras (separately purchased add-ons) data is now included in several GTM events, allowing hotels to track add-on selection in their analytics and marketing tools.
Payments
Activity Log for Custom Payment Links
Every custom payment link (amount-based) created for a reservation or account is now automatically logged, capturing who created it, when, and the amount, giving your team full visibility and accountability over payment requests sent to guests. Failed link creation attempts are not logged.
Peach Payments (In Pilot)
Peach Payments is rolling out as a new payment gateway option across the Stayntouch ecosystem, giving guests a secure, consistent way to pay wherever they interact with you.
- Pre-Check-In: Guests can complete deposits and outstanding balances securely ahead of arrival
- Guest Kiosk: Guests can pay deposits and outstanding balances during self check-in
- Stayntouch IBE: Coming next, extending Peach Payments to the booking journey
Successful transactions are automatically recorded on the reservation/folio, with clear retry options if a payment fails or is cancelled.
Integrations
Windsurfer: House Close Sent When House Inventory Reaches Zero
The PMS now sends a House Close restriction to Windsurfer when house-level inventory reaches zero or below, and reopens automatically once inventory returns to positive, preventing overbooking when one room type still shows availability but the house does not.
ARI Service: Optional Security Tags
A new toggle in the ARI integration configuration lets hotels include or exclude WS-Security tags in the message header, supporting HTNG 2014B compatibility requirements.
IDeaS: Option to Exclude Tourist Tax
Hotels with tax-inclusive pricing and exclusive tourist tax can now toggle Do Not Send Tourist Tax to exclude tourist tax amounts from IDeaS reservation messages.

Connect APIs
- Posting accounts filter: Extended to support INTERFACE and PASSERBY posting accounts (GET /posting_accounts)
- Company/travel agency linking: Reservations can now accept an ID to link company and travel agency cards (POST /reservations)
- Service fees: Calculated and returned as a separate line item from taxes, rather than combined into the same amount (GET /hotels/{id}/availability/room_rates)
