Stayntouch PMS Multi-Property: Shared Dashboard
Multi-Property users will be directed to the Multi-Property dashboard after login based on existing user configuration. When a user is identified as a Multi-Property user and has the Multi-Property Dashboard permission assigned to their user role, instead of redirecting the user to the dashboard of the default hotel configured for the user, the user will be redirected to the Multi-Property dashboard.

The Multi-Property dashboard header will show the following:
- Chain Name (if no logo is present) or Logo (top left)
- First and Last Name Initials of Logged In User (top right)
On the Multi-Property dashboard, you will notice property tiles for each property within a chain. The Multi-Property dashboard sorts properties according to their alternate name or display name. Property tiles will appear as follows:
- Hotel Color: Displayed as a line on the top of the tile. This will show the color configured from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Hotel Details > Theme > COLOR. Learn more here.
- Hotel Name: Display the name from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Hotel Details > Hotel Name and Location > NAME and/or ALTERNATE NAME. Learn more here.
- City, Country: Display the hotel city and country from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Hotel Details > Hotel Name and Location > CITY/COUNTRY. Learn more here.
- Occupancy Percentage: Display tonight’s occupancy percentage for the hotel.
- Yesterday: Display yesterday’s occupancy percentage for the hotel.
- Tomorrow: Display tomorrow’s occupancy percentage for the hotel.
- Rooms: Display total number of rooms the hotel is licensed for.
- BAR (Best Available Rate): Display the currency for which the rate is configured (currency code and price; no conversion). This rate will mirror the rate that is configured to show in the Availability screen of the hotel.
Moreover, users can search and filter displayed properties. At the top of the screen, you’ll see a search bar where users can search by property name, property city, and property country. The standard automatic three letter search will apply after a minimum of three characters have been entered. This will return all properties that match the search criteria.
You’ll also see a PROPERTY GROUP dropdown menu to filter by property group, which will show all property groups configured for the chain. Learn how to create property groups here. When a property group is selected (single select only), the properties belonging to the selected property group will be displayed. Furthermore, you’ll have the option to select Any property group or No property group. Selecting Any property group will list all properties regardless of the property group (which will act like a “none selected”). Selecting No property group will list all properties that do not belong to a configured property group.
You’ll also notice a SORTED BY dropdown menu, which will display the following options to sort properties by:
- Property Name A-Z (alphabetically ascending)
- Property Name Z-A (alphabetically descending)
- Occupancy ASC (occupancy ascending)
- Occupancy DESC (occupancy descending)
- BAR ASC (Best Available Rate ascending)
Please note, the Multi-Property functionality needs to be activated by Stayntouch Admin, so please contact Customer Support to have this enabled.
Choose A Chain Color
You can select a chain color option that will be used in the Multi-Property dashboard. Please note, this must be done by a Stayntouch Admin user. Please contact Customer Support to have them select a color option for your chain. The chain color will be applied to the initials/logout button as well as the chain name (if a logo has not been uploaded).
Upload A Chain Logo
Stayntouch Admin users can also upload a chain logo to display on the new Multi-Property dashboard. The chain logo will display on the new Multi-Property dashboard according to the chain the user logging into the system belongs to. This logo can be uploaded, changed, or removed as desired. Please contact Customer Support to have a chain logo uploaded.
Multi-Property Dashboard: Auto Logout Setting
We’ve implemented an auto logout setting in Stayntouch Admin for the Multi-Property dashboard, which will log Multi-Property users out after a specified number of minutes. Please contact Customer Support to set an auto logout time for the Multi-Property dashboard.
