Forecast Report: Functionality Of "Exclude Non-Guaranteed Reservations" Option

The EXCLUDE NON-GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS option on the Forecast Report (Reports > New Report) serves to exclude group blocks not of a hold type marked as "deduct", so if tentative groups are "non-deduct", they would be included/excluded with this option.
