Stayntouch Pay: How To Test Terminals Once Boarded & Configured

Please see the below instructions regarding how to test your Stayntouch Pay terminals in Stayntouch PMS.

Please work with sntpay@stayntouch.com for boarding and configuring your terminals.

Once complete, please take the following steps to test your terminal(s):

1. Create a test reservation or account in Stayntouch PMS.

2. Click the green PAY button from the account Transactions tab or on the Bill & Charges screen of a reservation.

3. Select Credit Card as the payment method.

4. Select TERMINAL and select the terminal you would like to test.

5. Once the terminal is selected, change the AMOUNT TO PAY to 1.

6. Click MAKE PAYMENT.

You will see the payment reflected on the account Transactions tab and Bill & Charges.

Please take the following steps to refund the test payment.
