Apply Direct Bill Routing For A Company


To apply direct bill routing for a company, first navigate to the stay card of the reservation and click the blue company tile at the top right of the stay card. From here, you can search for the company card to attach to the reservation and then select it.





If the company is connected to a contracted rate, you'll be prompted to change to the contracted rate or keep the existing rate.



If the company card has billing information attached, the PMS will indicate that billing information has been found for the company. You can then apply the billing information to the reservation.




If you then look at the routing, you'll see that Bill #2 is routed to the company card and has direct bill routing in place.
