Kismet (Smerf.ai)

Kismet is a sales engine for the hotel sales team. It is powered by an AI assistant called Smerf.ai. Kismet helps with paperwork tasks, such as sending emails, qualifying leads, sentiment analysis, writing contracts, and entering leads in their CRM.

Kismet can also be used to help in the booking of social groups in the lead starting phase. The hotel sales person will receive a lead request, log into the Kismet platform, and check availability. The platform will elaborate a response on behalf of the sales person that can include either an email response, proposal, or a contract. The group can be booked in Kismet and through the connect APIs it will send to Stayntouch PMS.

There are no webhooks in use.
