Backyou

Backyou is a cloud solution to manage groups and events. Backyou offers the following products.

PMS Connectivity

• Automated Contracts and Invoices
• Dashboards and Statistics

The integration is designed to support custom groups only.

Limitations

Company details cannot be sent currently; the information must be updated in Stayntouch PMS. Once we support a search parameter by name in GET/accounts API, the integration will support it.

There is no update from Stayntouch PMS to Backyou. All changes to room blocks must be performed in Backyou; the only time the hotels can update data in Stayntouch PMS is when the group is already checked in.

Webhooks are not supported.

Once webhooks are set up, OAuth keys can be issued. Stayntouch will generate OAuth keys to Backyou, and once the OAuth keys are created, Stayntouch will send them to Backyou. Backyou requires the following Stayntouch Connect credentials:

• client_secret
• hotel_id
