Stayntouch PMS Stayntouch IBE: Promo Codes
Promotional codes can be set up in Stayntouch PMS via Settings > Rates > Promotions. Please see this article for information about setting up promo codes. Please note, the rate has to be set up with the rate type PUBLIC for this to display on Stayntouch IBE.
The rate selected for the promo code also needs to be added from Settings > Rates > Channel Managers > Internet Booking Engine.
If no promo code is entered in Stayntouch IBE, the rate will display as is.
By applying a promo code either from the Book Now screen or from the filters on the left side of the search results page, the old price will display as striked through, and the new promo rate will display instead.
The promo code is part of the URL, so the URL can be sent to customers including the code: https://demohotel.ibe.
From here, the customer can adjust the filter for adults and children accordingly and change the arrival and/or departure date if necessary.
