Authorizations For Incidentals: Routing To Another Bill

If routing is done to another bill, in the same name of the guest, the guest is considered to be responsible for all charges, and thus there is no option to authorize incidentals only.

For the incidental authorization request to apply, you need to ensure routing is done for another entity.

Example: We have routed to a company; therefore, Bill #1 qualifies to be offered as incidentals only.
