Stayntouch PMS Delphi – Sales and Catering integration
Delphi by (Amadeus) is a Sales and Catering software that provides hotels the ability to manage group reservations for meeting and events purposes. Specifically, Delphi manages items such as the following:
- Group bookings
- Conference rooms and equipment
- Inventory
Features not supported:
- Shoulder dates
- Suite room functionality
COMMUNICATION
- A 2-way push communication through Windows service provided Delphi.
DELPHI INTERFACE SETUP
- Configure the Delphi integration in Stayntouch PMS from Settings > Integrations > Sales and Catering > Delphi.fdc.
EXTERNAL MAPPINGS
- Locate external mappings under Settings > Integrations > Utilities > External Mappings.
- Mapping is case sensitive; includes market segments, group hold status, source code.
- The block code in Stayntouch PMS must match the Delphi block code; the Delphi installer handles this with the property.
- Data exchange between both systems includes the following:
- S&C to PMS - New & Modified Groups (Booking Export)
- PMS to S&C - Update Res ID (Update Block Code)
- PMS to S&C - Update Future bookings (Update Block and Pickup)
- PMS to S&C - Hotel Availability Non-Group (Hotel Inventory)
- PMS to S&C - Departed Groups - Rooms & Revenue (Departed Production - Group)
- Two-Way - On Demand Group Comparison
- Two-Way - On Demand Group Update
- Two-Way - Setup Values
- PMS to S&C -Status Messaging
DELPHI INTERFACE CONFIGURATION PROCESS
Step One: Link Process – This process will send block information existing in Stayntouch PMS to Delphi and link them to
existing blocks in Delphi. Groups are linked by group codes, which have to match.
Step Two: Sync Process – This process will send block information from Stayntouch PMS to Delphi. All block information from Stayntouch PMS will override all block information in Delphi.
Step Three: Inventory Process – This process will send non group booking totals to Delphi in order to sync up general availability.
