Stayntouch PMS ICALIS by LeGrand
ICALIS by LeGrand is a one single point of control Building Management System. The application is now also integrated with Philips Hue for a more powerful and quicker home skill interface. Lighting and/or air-conditioning management within the app is quite simple thanks to the ON/OFF buttons, the slider for dimmable lights and color temperature, and the color wheel for specific color settings.

OAUTH KEYS & WEBHOOKS
For this integration, the following steps must be completed:
- The hotel needs to send authorization to their CSM allowing ICALIS by LeGrand to access their data.
- Once received, the CSM will forward data to Implementations team for set up.
There is a minimal set up on the Stayntouch side for this. Stayntouch needs to provide OAuth key data to the team and set up webhooks for the hotel.
Stayntouch will set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the ICALIS by LeGrand team.
- New Reservation
- Edit Reservation
- Cancel Reservation
- Reinstate Reservation
- No Show Reservation
- Checked-Out
- Checked-In
- Reverse Check-Out
- Room Assigned
- Room Move
Once webhooks are set up, OAuth keys can be issued. Stayntouch will generate OAuth keys, and once the OAuth keys are created, Stayntouch will send them to ICALIS by LeGrand.
ICALIS by LeGrand requires the following Stayntouch Connect credentials:
- client_id
- client_secret
- hotel_id
