Availability, House Status, Item Inventory, Groups, and Allotment Statistics

You can find statistics regarding Availability, House Status, Item Inventory, Groups, and Allotments by clicking the line graph button at the top right corner of the Dashboard.

From there, you will be directed to the Availability screen, where you can see hotel availability by date for BAR and room type, OCCUPANCY PERCENTAGE (including ROOMS INVENTORY, OOO ROOMS, and ROOMS TO SELL), AVAILABLE ROOMS by room type, ROOMS SOLD by ADULTS/CHILDREN and by room type, NON-GROUP ROOMS, and GROUP/ALLOTMENT by hold status.

From the top of the screen, you can select a date, choose a date range of 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days, choose to INCLUDE SELL LIMITS, and print your hotel’s availability.

You can also click the dropdown menu, where it currently shows Availability to view statistics for House Status, Item Inventory, Groups, and Allotments.

First, we’ll select House Status. House status statistics are shown for yesterday, today, and tomorrow, and include the following:

TOTAL ROOMS OCCUPIED
DEPARTURES EXPECTED
DEPARTURES ACTUAL
ARRIVALS EXPECTED
ARRIVALS ACTUAL
AVAILABLE TONIGHT
OCCUPIED TONIGHT
TOTAL ROOM REVENUE
AVERAGE DAILY RATE

Next we’ll choose Item Inventory from the dropdown menu. From this screen, you’ll see your hotel’s item inventory by date. If ITEM INVENTORY has been toggled on in Settings > Reservations > Reservation Settings, it is possible to add inventory to your add-ons (e.g., when you sell parking spaces, extra beds, etc.). This will be displayed under Item Inventory from the dropdown menu. Please note, the item will be taken for each night of the reservation, even if posting type is first night only or for one night with custom add-ons.

At the top of the screen, you can choose a date and choose a date range of 14 days or 30 days.

We’ll then choose Groups from the dropdown menu. This shows your group statistics by date for GROUP ROOMS (TOTAL) by hold status and GROUP ROOMS (PICKED UP) by hold status. Below that, you’ll see any group blocks for the date range by ROOMS HELD and ROOMS PICKED UP.

Finally, we’ll choose Allotments from the dropdown menu. This shows your allotment statistics by date for ALLOTMENTS ROOMS (TOTAL) by hold status and ALLOTMENTS ROOMS (PICKED UP) by hold status. Below that, you’ll see any allotment blocks for the date range by ROOMS HELD and ROOMS PICKED UP.
