Registration Card: Printing
HOW TO PRINT THE REGISTRATION CARD
In situations where a guest requests a printed copy of their registration card, the user can print the registration card and guest's signature. Follow the instructions to locate the REGISTRATION CARD button. If you haven't configured your registration card settings yet, please see this article.

Option 1. Print from the Check-In Screen
- Navigate to the guest's stay card.
- Click the CHECK IN button.
- Then select the REGISTRATION CARD button and click PRINT.
Option 2. Print from the Bill & Charges Screen
- Navigate to the guest’s stay card.
- Click the BILL & CHARGES button.
- Then select the REGISTRATION CARD button and click PRINT.
Option 3. Print from the Check-Out Screen
- Navigate to the guest's stay card.
- Click the CHECK OUT button.
- Then select the REGISTRATION CARD button and click PRINT.
REGISTRATION CARD WILL NOT PRINT IF ADD-ON CHARGE CODE IS MISSING
A registration card for a reservation will not print if a charge code associated with the reservation has been deleted. In the example below, the charge code for the add-on "Breakfast Adult" has been deleted by hotel admin in charge code settings. A charge code can be deleted if there are no financial transactions/rates/items associated with it, and there are no validation conditions for add-ons when deleting a charge code. However, this will result in the registration card not printing for the reservation, since the charge code is missing. If a charge code is added back to the add-on, we can print the registration card successfully.
