FLYR/Pace Revenue

The revenue platform for hospitality innovators, FLYR/Pace Revenue, is an RMS company based in London, UK. It provides industry-leading decision intelligence, innovative business intelligence, and a suite of intuitive management tools. Pace Revenue sits between Stayntouch and the distribution landscape to help realize the full commercial potential for hotels of any size. Pace Revenue is one of the best revenue platforms on the market and is easy-to-use for any revenue manager. It includes truly native business intelligence and is built on top of an industry-leading pricing decision engine.

Pace Revenue uses Stayntouch open APIs, webhooks, and PMS exports to pull data and push pricing decisions (daily price points) and restrictions back to Stayntouch. Furthermore, Pace Revenue employs a one to many approach—meaning only one rate code in the PMS is updated, and all other dynamic rates have to be derived from it in order to effectively manage dynamic pricing changes.

Stayntouch to Pace Revenue—Supported Functionalities

  • Extracting (GET) bookings from PMS for performance analytics purposes
  • Extracting (GET) property information: Rates, room types, market, membership, source, inventories
  • Extracting (GET) group/block information: Groups with group rates only

Pace Revenue to Stayntouch

  • Updating (PUT) daily price points for one selected rate code in Stayntouch
    • Note: Rate values must exist in Stayntouch in order for Pace Revenue to UPDATE daily prices. We do not have the ability to POST (create) new daily price points without pre-existing values.
  • Double occupancy is the default pricing, for Single occupancy the existing difference between Double and Single occupancy is calculated and then used for Single room pricing. Single and Double pricing therefore cannot have independent pricing.
  • Pricing of Single Rooms (a room type that can accommodate a maximum 1 person). A similar logic as above applies. Double occupancy needs to be sent to Stayntouch in order to support Single pricing. Single occupancy rooms must have max occupancy set to 1 in Stayntouch UI to avoid any operational issues.

Inserting (POST) Restrictions

  • Closed to Stay
  • Closed to Arrival
  • Closed to Departure
  • Minimum Length of Stay
  • Maximum Length of Stay

For this integration to be set up, a few items are required:

  • The hotel needs to send authorization to their CSM allowing Pace Revenue to access their data.
  • Once received, the CSM will forward data to the Implementations team for set up.

There is a minimal set up on the Stayntouch side for this. Stayntouch needs to provide OAuth key data to the team and set up webhooks for the hotel.

Stayntouch will set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoints provided by the FLYR/Pace Revenue team

  • New Group
  • Edit Group
  • Cancel Group
  • New Reservation
  • Edit Reservation
  • Cancel Reservation
  • Update Inventory
  • Create Company/Travel Agent Account
  • Edit Company/Travel Agent Account

Once webhooks are set up, OAuth keys can be issued. Stayntouch will generate OAuth keys, and once the OAuth keys are created, Stayntouch will send them to Pace Revenue.
