HelloShift

HelloShift has built an integration with Stayntouch using the Stayntouch Connect APIs. The system makes calls to retrieve guest and reservation data to allow their system to send automatic guest messaging—pre-and post stay communication. 

There is a minimal set up on the Stayntouch side for this. Stayntouch needs to provide OAuth key data to the team and set up webhooks for the hotel.

Stayntouch will need to set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the HelloShift team (https://app.helloshift.com/rover)

• New Reservation
• Edit Reservation
• Cancel Reservation
• No Show Reservation
• Checked-Out
• Room Move
• Check-In Success/Room Ready Notification
