Revenue Matters – MAX


Revenue Matters – MAX is a revenue management platform that drives revenue and fosters collaborative team engagement with a powerful interactive analytics tool. With MAX as the foundation, everything hotels need to make strategic decisions is at their fingertips. Revenue Matters – MAX can be used as a standalone platform or in conjunction with the services of their expert team.

 

Revenue Matters offers three distinguished products:

  1. Revenue Management (MAX Product)
  2. Distribution
  3. Digital Marketing (including Web Design)


Phase 1 completed – GET Reservation Transaction Data from Stayntouch Only

  • GET/hotels – Once a week
  • GET/reservations – Every 6 hours; filter = UPDATED and CREATED only
  • GET/room_types – As required when reservations are processed; each ID is only ever requested once
  • GET/rates – As required when reservations are processed; each ID is only ever requested once
  • No Webhooks used in phase 1


Phase 2/Timeline TBA – GET Rates and Restrictions; PUT Rate Values and Restrictions

For this integration to be set up, the following items must be completed:

  • Hotel needs to send authorization to their CSM or Implementations allowing Revenue Matters to access their data
  • Stayntouch to generate OAuth keys. Once these are created, Stayntouch will share these with Revenue Matters or the hotel
  • When the OAuth keys are generated, Stayntouch will set up webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the Revenue Matters team.
