Allora CRM (Maverick)


SHR has created a standalone CRM product called Allora (formerly Maverick) that works in conjunction with their CRS Windsurfer as well as their RMS product they're rolling out. They work on a combination of data they currently have as well as data they are obtaining from us via our Stayntouch Connect API offerings. This is a 1 Way connection, simply consuming reservation and folio information.


For this integration, the following steps must be completed:

  • The hotel needs to send authorization to their CSM allowing Allora (Maverick) to access their data.
  • Once received, the CSM will forward data to Implementations team for set up.


There is a minimal set up on the Stayntouch side for this. Stayntouch needs to provide OAuth key data to the team and set up webhooks for the hotel.

 

Stayntouch will set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the Allora (Maverick) team. https://pms.windsurfercrs.com/StayNTouchWebHook/

  • Create Guest
  • Edit Guest
  • End of Day Completion
  • New Reservation 
  • Edit Reservation
  • Cancel Reservation
  • Checked-Out
  • Reverse Check-Out
  • Reinstate
  • Check-In Success

 

Once webhooks are set up, OAuth keys can be issued. Stayntouch will generate OAuth keys, and once the OAuth keys are created, Stayntouch will send them to Allora (Maverick).


Allora (Maverick) requires the following Stayntouch Connect credentials:

  • client_id
  • client_secret
  • hotel_id
  • hotel_code

Maverick will not post a membership from outside of CRM. The profile will be created, but no membership will be assigned. 

 

Memberships can be created from Maverick and the membership info will pass to Stayntouch PMS, but only as part of a reservation. Profiles will not pass to Stayntouch PMS without reservations.
