How to Update Guest Card Fields
From Settings > Cards > Guest Card Fields, you can make particular fields visible or mandatory (if required) when creating a guest card. You can also choose to prompt for these fields to be filled in always, at booking, or at check-in. Mobile and phone number are not available for selection here. Learn more about how to configure guest card fields here.
From Settings > Reservations > Reservation Settings, you can also enable or disable an email/phone popup window when not present by selecting or deselecting the DISABLE EMAIL/PHONE DIALOGUE checkbox. The checkbox will enable/disable both phone and email only.
