How to Configure Guest Card Fields

To configure guest card fields in Stayntouch PMS, navigate to Settings > Cards > Guest Card Fields.

On the right side of the screen, you'll see a PROMPT column. From this column, guest card fields can be configured to be prompted during registration. Dropdown options include:

Not Mandatory (default)
All Guests
Main Guest Only
Adults Only

When Main Guest Only is selected, a new checkbox appears called At Booking. By default, this checkbox will not be selected.

Guest card fields can also be activated from the ACTIVE column.

When active, the field is shown in guest card
Inactive fields are greyed out
Inactive fields do not show dropdown selection
