How to Get the Total Past/Future Infant Count for a Specific Period

You can get the infant count by scheduling a Past Reservations – Monthly Export from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports > + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE > Past Reservations – Monthly.

From there, you can set the TIME PERIOD, and by selecting an option from the REPEATS dropdown menu, you can run it when you need it.

You'll then need to select a DELIVERY METHOD for your export. In this example, we selected Email Export Delivery Type and then entered the appropriate email address in the ADD RECIPIENT field.

Once you have entered the desired parameters for your export, select CREATE SCHEDULE to run your export.

As you can see, on the export, there is a field for Infants.

You can also get the infant count in the following scheduled exports located in Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports > + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE.
