Nuvola offers guest information and expanded housekeeping operations. Housekeeping staff can be distributed and room status updates triggered. Moreover, Nuvola pulls over guest data for future reservations as they are made and when guests check in/out, and updates them so guest data can be tracked. They also retrieve current housekeeping status and send back updates.


Once your property indicates that you wish to work with Nuvola and data is updated in Salesforce, Stayntouch Implementations will issue the OAuth keys.


When the OAuth keys are generated, Stayntouch will set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the Nuvola team.
