ROOMDEX offers an upgraded room upsell program as well as extensive reporting. Their UI provides details for pricing and conversion.

The set up is very quick and easy.

There is a minimal set up on the Stayntouch side for this. Stayntouch needs to provide OAuth key data to the team and set up webhooks for the hotel.

Please set up the generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the ROOMDEX team.

Send OAuth credentials to onboarding@roomdex.io.

ROOMDEX EMAILS

By default, ROOMDEX does not send offer emails if there is a group attached to a reservation. ROOMDEX can override this default and send offer emails to group reservations if requested by the hotel. Additional types of reservations can be filtered/excluded by the following criteria:
