How to Enable File Attachments
To enable file attachments for Stay Card, Guest Card, Groups, Allotments, or Company via Google Drive or Dropbox, follow the steps below:
1. In Settings > Cards > File Attachments, select CLOUD DRIVE TYPE (either Google Drive or Dropbox), and then select the configured drive account from the CLOUD DRIVE dropdown.
2. From the same screen, select the desired card types to upload/save.
5. Make sure you have assigned the following permissions to the appropriate team members from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Permissions:
- Cloud Storage - View
- Cloud Storage - Upload
- Cloud Storage - Download
- Cloud Storage - Delete
NOTE: You can find steps here to connect your Google Drive account from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Google Drive. In Google Drive, file attachment will be stored under PMS - File Attachments.
