Percipia

Percipia offers a telephone system for a hotel and other mobile options. They have built a phone information system to open phone lines for calls as well as for updating housekeeping status and charging small items from an internal shop function.

The set up for this is similar to other API integrations and has minimal set up from Stayntouch side. Stayntouch needs to provide OAuth keys and set up webhooks.

Please set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the Percipia team.

• Check-In Completed

• Checked Out

• Edit Reservation

• Edit Guest

The Percipia team will be able to import the Charge Code IDs to allow for posting, but they may need additional information from your hotel about the usage of Charge Code IDs.
