Nevaya

Nevaya controls Wi-Fi and TV solutions for hotel guests via Stayntouch's API connection. Nevaya uses webhooks to pull data for Stayntouch Connect APIs. Nevaya posts charges for premium services such as HSIA or movies. To set up this integration, the following tasks must be completed.

• Hotel needs to send authorization to Client Success Manager (CSM) or Implementations allowing Nevaya to access their data

• Stayntouch to generate OAuth keys

• Set up webhooks

Please set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the Nevaya team.

• Edit Guest
• Edit Reservation
• Checked-Out
• Room Move
• Check-In Success

Nevaya will also import the charge code IDs to be used for posting HSIA.
