NAVIS CRM


NAVIS CRM has built an integration to our data using the Stayntouch Connect APIs. NAVIS CRM pulls reservation and guest data based on webhook activities as well as past data to build out a marketing platform for the hotel with statistics on guests, room types, etc.


For activation, once we have received authorization from the hotel to connect the systems, Stayntouch must create an OAuth token and set up webhooks for the hotel.

 

Please set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the endpoint provided by the NAVIS CRM team.

  • New Reservation
  • Edit Reservation
  • Cancel Reservation
  • Check Out Reservation
