Akia.ai Guest Communication


Akia.ai offers a guest messaging and information platform to help hotels drive direct bookings and other items. Stayntouch needs to provide them with OAuth keys and set up webhooks for the hotel.

 

Please set up the following generic webhooks in Settings > Chain > Webhooks to the unique chain endpoint provided by the Akia team. 

  • Create Guest
  • Edit Guest
  • New Reservation
  • Edit Reservation
  • Cancel Reservation
  • NoShow Reservation
  • Checked Out
  • Room Move
  • Reverse Checkout
  • Reinstate Reservation
  • Card Replaced
  • Reverse Checkin
  • Checkin Available
  • Checkin Success
  • Checkin Failed
  • Checkout Available
  • Pre Checkin Available
  • Pre Checkin Success
  • Pre Checkin Failure
  • Room Assigned
  • Room Status


NOTE: We recommend hotels have the Akia integration in place prior to reservation migration to avoid Akia not having the right reservation data and needing to manually update with an export.
