How to Print Keys

To print guest keys in Stayntouch PMS, navigate to the guest stay card. From the stay card, you'll notice a blue KEYS button. Upon clicking the button, a popup will appear with the options to create NEW KEY(S) or DUPLICATE KEY(S).

If you select NEW KEY(S), notice that a message appears, stating, "This Will Invalidate Previous Keys!"

If you select DUPLICATE KEY(S), you'll instead receive the message, "This Will Not Invalidate Previous Keys!"

If you do create a new key, it will prevent any previous keys from working. Duplicate keys will be a reissue of the same key and will allow the guest to use any previous keys.

Regardless of which option you choose, all you need to do is select the KEY ENCODER with which you're working, indicate HOW MANY KEYS, and select either the green PRINT KEY or DUPLICATE KEY button.
