How to Configure Room Upsells for Stayntouch Guest Kiosk

In a previous article, we discussed how to configure room upsells for Stayntouch PMS and Stayntouch Guest Mobility; however, to configure room upsells for Stayntouch Guest Kiosk, navigate to Settings > Station > Upsell Rooms.

Because we have already set up upsell levels in the article linked above, the first thing we need to do here is turn ON the OFFER ROOM UPSELLS TO GUESTS toggle. This will activate room upsells for Stayntouch Guest Kiosk.

You can also indicate the display order of room upsells in the DISPLAY THE ROOM UPSELL OFFERS BY section. The display options include the following:

Lower price to higher price
Higher price to lower price
Randomly

To set a maximum number of room upsell offers, turn ON the toggle for ENFORCE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ROOM UPSELL OFFERS.

Doing so will allow you to select a MAXIMUM NUMBER OF UPSELL OFFERS as well as OFFER MIX WHEN UPSELL FROM TIER 1 TO TIER 2 AND TIER 3. Simply select a percentage for Tier 2 and Tier 3 to indicate how much of each upsell type will display.

If you leave the toggle OFF, Stayntouch PMS will allow room upsells according to availability. Finally, you can select an upsell display style from MULTIPLE ROOM UPSELL OFFER DISPLAY STYLE. This is up to your preference.

As always, once you've configured all desired settings, don't forget to select SAVE CHANGES.
