Stayntouch PMS Room Counts as Depicted in the House Status and Comparison Report
Arrivals Expected and Departures Expected will always be N/A for the previous day.
Total Occupied Rooms includes the stayover guests for the previous night (this should be equal to the total from the In-House Report if you do not select "Include Departures").
Departures Actual is equal to the number of reservations in checked-out status with a departure date of the previous day.
Arrivals Actual is equal to the number of reservations with an arrival date of the previous day AND a status of checked-in. This can be misleading, since it does not include arrivals from the previous day that stayed one night and checked out before the user accessed the screen.
Available and Occupied Tonight are percentages based on the Total Rooms Occupied and the total number of rooms in the hotel.
ADR is the the Average Daily Revenue based on the revenue and the total occupied rooms rounded to the nearest whole number.
