Moving Room Charges

To move room charges from one bill to another, first navigate to the BILL & CHARGES section from the stay card. From there, you will see a BILL # column, where you can select a bill to which to move a charge.

Before moving room charges from one bill to another, please make sure there isn't routing set up for the bill from which you are moving charges. Once you've removed the routing for the starting bill, you will be able to move the charges and replace the routing in the new bill.

To add, edit, or remove routing, click the blue BILLING ROUTING button.
