Creating a Billing Group for All Charges


If you are creating a billing group called ALL CHARGES, you should select ALL charge codes, not just a select number of charge codes. Otherwise, "all" charge codes will not get routed. Billing groups can be configured from Settings > Financials > Billing Groups.
